The official website to upcoming Studio Trigger anime, SSSS.Dynazenon recently revealed a new key visual name with main cast. They also shared some details regarding SSSS.Dynazenon release date.
SSSS.Gridman an original anime which premiered in 2019 is one of the best mecha anime to air in recent times. It is a joined project between Tsuburaya Productions and Trigger which is based on Tsuburaya’s 1993-1994 live-action tokusatsu TV drama series Gridman the Hyper Agent. Now Gridman universe is set to continue with a new anime project SSSS.Dynazenon. Here is everything we know so far about the upcoming Gridman sequel.

SSSS.Dynazenon Trialer
The above shown promotional video was presented during opening ceremony of the Tsuburaya Convention 2019 in December where the project was initially announced. It mainly comprises of clips from SSSS.Gridman but ends with a shot of a new mecha design. It is still unclear whether this new character is series main protagonist, villian or plays a side role.
SSSS.Dynazenon Release date
As of the last update, Trigger or Tsuburaya Productions or any company related to the production of the anime has not officially confirmed the exact SSSS.Dynazenon premiere date. However one can expect SSSS.Dynazenon to release sometime in 2021.
What is SSSS.Dynazenon about?
As for now we only know that the SSSS.Dynazenon takes place in same universe as SSSS.Gridman and its name is a reference to Lord Zenon and Dragon dyna from original Tokusatsu series. However it is still unclear whether it is direct sequel or a spin-off to main series. Further details involving plot will be disclosed on a later date.
Studio and Staff
Akira Amemiya is returning to direct the new anime at Studio Trigger. Also Keiichi Hasegawa is returning as scriptwriter with character designs by Masaru Sakamoto and music composition by Shiro Sagisu.
